General Rental Questions
To rent a trailer, you'll need a valid driver's license, a tow-ready vehicle, and a completed rental agreement. All forms and signatures are handled online for fast, easy booking.
Booking is fully online. Select your trailer, complete the rental form, upload your ID, choose your dates, and sign electronically. You'll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.
Yes. Same-day rentals are available depending on inventory. Booking early in the day increases availability.
Pricing, Deposits & Payments
We offer competitive daily and weekly rates for dump trailers, utility trailers, and equipment trailers. Pricing is listed clearly on our Fleet page.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is returned after the trailer is inspected and cleared for damage, cleanliness, and proper return.
We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure online booking system.
Tow Vehicle & Hitch Requirements
Most trailers require either a 2" or 2 5/16" ball. The required size is listed under each trailer on our Fleet page. Please verify your hitch before pickup.
Yes. Your vehicle must have functioning trailer light wiring (4-pin or 7-pin depending on the trailer). Lights must work before leaving our lot.
Your vehicle must meet the minimum towing capacity for the trailer you select. If you're unsure, we can help you verify your vehicle's rating.
Pickup, Delivery & Return
Pickup instructions and location details are provided in your confirmation email after booking.
Yes. Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee based on distance. Delivery is available throughout Universal City, Schertz, Cibolo, Live Oak, Converse, La Vernia, San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Seguin.
We offer flexible hours to fit your project schedule. Extended hours are available upon request.
Rental Periods & Late Fees
We offer daily and weekly rentals. You select your pickup and return times during booking.
Late returns may incur additional fees. If you need more time, contact us as soon as possible — we're flexible when scheduling allows.
Dump Trailer Questions
Yes. Dump fees apply if we dispose of material for you. You may also dump yourself at any approved site.
Dump trailers can haul dirt, gravel, mulch, brush, junk, and construction debris. Hazardous materials are not allowed.
No. Overloading is unsafe and may cause damage. You are responsible for staying within the trailer's weight limits.
Cleaning, Damage & Responsibility
Yes. Trailers must be returned clean and free of debris. Excessive dirt, mud, or leftover materials may result in a cleaning fee.
You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your rental period. We document trailer condition before and after each rental for transparency.
Damage caused by improper hookup, wiring issues, or unsafe towing practices is the renter's responsibility.
Insurance & Liability
Your vehicle's insurance must cover towing. You are responsible for verifying coverage with your provider.
Yes. The renter assumes full responsibility for safe towing, load securement, and compliance with local laws.
Contractor Rentals
Yes. We offer discounted weekly rates for contractors, roofers, landscapers, junk removal crews, fence installers, and other service professionals.
Yes. Repeat contractor customers receive priority scheduling and faster turnaround.
Cancellations & Changes
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Early cancellations help us keep trailers available for other renters.
Yes, depending on availability. Contact us and we'll adjust your reservation.
Service Area
